Ordinance: Campaign Finance Reform ~3:30 PM

A proposal regarding an ordinance relating to definitions, contributions to candidates, and limitations. TENTATIVE
Council Action - Tuesday, December 8

Ordinance: Budget Amendment No. 2, Fiscal Year 2015-16 ~4:15 PM

A proposed ordinance that would amend the Final Budget of Salt Lake City, Including the employment staffing
document for Fiscal Year 2015-2016. Budget amendments happen several times each year to reflect adjustments to
the City’s budgets, including proposed project additions and modifications. Among many other projects, this budget
amendment includes funding for design work on fire stations No. 3 and No. 14 and transition funding. TENTATIVE

Resolution: Housing Trust Fund Loan - Cowboy Partners May be discussed during the Formal Meeting

A resolution that allows the City to enter into a loan agreement with Cowboy Partners. The Housing Trust Fund loan
would be in the amount of $1,200,000 to Cowboy Partners at 1% interest per annum for 40 years. Cowboy Partners
will use the loan funds for construction of the Liberty BLVD apartments located at 750 East 400 South. TENTATIVE

Resolution: Housing Trust Fund Loan - Western Region Nonprofit Housing Corporation May be discussed during the Formal Meeting

A resolution that allows the City to enter into a loan agreement with the Western Region Nonprofit Housing
Corporation. The Housing Trust Fund loan would be in the amount of $750,000 to Western Region Nonprofit
Housing Corporation at 1% interest per annum for 30 years. Western Region Nonprofit Housing Corporation will
use the loan funds for acquisition of Village Apartments located at 250 North 200 West. TENTATIVE Council

1. Grant Application Submissions Grant Application(s) *2015 DUI Enforcement Equipment (body cameras and docking stations *State of Utah, CCJJ (Commission of Criminal and Juvenile Justice) Jurisdictions with Halfway Houses and Parole Violator Center Grant - $95,000 for Police
2. Ordinance: Text Amendment Small Neighborhood Business A request by the Salt Lake City Council for modifications to the SNB (Small Neighborhood Business) zoning district to allow single-practitioner medical, dental, and health offices as a permitted use in the SNB zoning district. TENTATIVE Council Action - Tuesday, December 8
