A Salt Lake City couple who work as bartenders had a dream where you could play Space Invaders and order a Sangria or play pinball and request a pint. This couple has turned their hopes and hard work into the Quarters Arcade Bar in Salt Lake City, Utah’s first establishment of its kind.

The Salt Lake Arts Council Foundation has entered into a one (1) year agreement with Broadway Media. This alliance gives the Arts Council Foundation the ability to put on the Twilight Concert Series in 2018, highlighting Broadway Media’s expertise in concert production and promotion.

Long-standing, local, family-owned plastic manufacturing company expands operations by 300% in Salt Lake City

It all started in the Kaddas family kitchen more than 52 years ago. Now Kaddas Enterprises is expanding its operations in Salt Lake City. The second-generation, family-owned business manufactures plastic products for industrial and commercial use. 

The company is perhaps best known for BirdguarD, its self-designed, patented product that covers and protects power infrastructure against animal-caused power outages.

Premier office community opens in downtown Salt Lake City

Industrious, a premier shared office space provider with more than 30 shared workspaces in 24 cities nationwide, will open its first location in downtown Salt Lake City mid-February. The new co-working space occupies two floors in the historic Clift Building at 10 West Broadway. The 22,850 square-foot space has 65 private offices and enough space for more than 200 members.

Environmentally-friendly coolant company relocates to expandable warehouse in Salt Lake City

An international company that manufactures environmentally-friendly industrial lubricants and coolants is moving its U.S. headquarters from West Valley City to Salt Lake City. Oemeta’s new facility will include a water filtration system designed to leave all waste water produced cleaner than it came in.

The lawn care company’s new location is located off 700 South and West Temple. The 39,500-sq. ft. building gives TaskEasy much-needed space to add nearly 200 jobs over the next year, with an investment of $6.5-million in the Capital City.
